This Association is composed of 84 townhomes, located in the City of Canandaigua on private streets named Leeward Lane, Yacht Club Dr., Windward Way, and Cove Rd. Each townhome has a waterfront dock assigned to it, along with access to the community pool / spa / clubhouse facility.

Snow Removal & Landscaping
Snow: Plowing begins when 3.0″ of snow has accumulated over 50% of the asphalt surfaces of the property. If you should have a concern or question regarding plowing, please call Woodbridge Group at 585-385-3331. We ask that you not interrupt the snow removal crew.
